About Priyasha Banerjee
Priyasha Banerjee started her career in 2000 and her most significant stint has been with Elixir Consulting. She was the founding member and had been with the firm for more than 14 years. She is a specialist in senior searches and has successfully initiated and started business verticals and ensured they meet profitable standards.
During her tenure, she had emphasized and launched online sourcing through social media as an integral and mandatory tool. Priyasha start the International Staffing vertical for Elixir Consulting, which focused on international hiring for both country specific, local and expatriate mandates. She was awarded the ‘Best Business Leader’ consecutively for 5 years.
A planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated skills in devising recruitment activities and accelerating the business growth. Had she not been into shaping careers, she would be shaping homes. She is an avid art collector and hobbies being into interior designing.
